She first introduced the SEEDS approach to AI education at <\/span><b>BDD 1280<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, highlighting how schools can prepare their communities for a future where AI will increasingly be part of learning, work, and everyday life. Later that day, she led a practical workshop for educators focused on <\/span><b>classroom management through the lens of AI<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Bringing AI Education to the Whole School<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dalia introduced how SEEDS supports schools at different levels from <\/span><b>school leaders and educators to students<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with the goal of making AI education a meaningful part of the wider school environment.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The SEEDS offering includes:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>AI for Leadership<\/b><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Teacher training and practical AI tools<\/b><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Grade 4 to 12 AI<\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/seeds.school\/ar\/curriculum\/\"> <b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0646\u0647\u062c \u0627\u0644\u062f\u0631\u0627\u0633\u064a<\/b><\/a><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Student AI bootcamps<\/b><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>School AI accreditation<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rather than treating AI as something that belongs only in a technology classroom, SEEDS takes a <\/span><b>wholeschool approach<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. School leaders need to understand how AI can shape education, teachers need practical ways to use it in their classrooms, and students need opportunities to build AI literacy from an early stage.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><b>Grade 4 to 12 AI curriculum<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> gives students handson opportunities to understand how AI works, explore how it is being used in different contexts, and develop critical thinking and responsible AI habits. The aim is not simply to teach students how to use AI tools, but to help them become thoughtful and informed users of AI.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>From the Stage to the Classroom<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Later that day, Dalia brought the conversation into a more practical setting through <\/span><b>\u201cClassroom Management Through the Lens of AI\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> at <\/span><b>BDD 1227 LGF<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, with more than <\/span><b>40 educators, coordinators, and education professionals<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> attending.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The nontechnical workshop focused on a question teachers face every day:<\/span><\/p><p><b>How can AI help with classroom management?<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instead of starting with AI tools and asking teachers where they could use them, the session took the opposite approach: <\/span><b>start with a real classroom challenge, then explore where AI could provide support.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dalia introduced<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/hub.seeds.school\/signup\"> <b>SEEDS HUB<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the free platform for educators, and demonstrated <\/span><b>Content Differentiator<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, showing how teachers can adapt learning materials to better respond to different classroom needs.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participants then worked through different classroom scenarios and matched them with free <\/span><b>SEEDS HUB<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tools that could help address those challenges. This gave educators the opportunity to move beyond simply hearing about AI and instead think about how it could fit into situations they already encounter in their classrooms.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The focus was not on using AI for the sake of using it. It was about <\/span><b>starting with a real educational need, understanding the challenge, and finding a practical AIsupported solution<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Building AIReady Schools<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The conversation at Lebanon AI Festival highlighted an important part of the SEEDS approach: becoming AIready is not only about giving students access to AI tools.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It requires schools to think about <\/span><b>leadership, teacher capacity, curriculum, classroom practice, and student readiness together<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through its curriculum, training, tools, bootcamps, and school support, SEEDS is working toward making AI education more accessible and practical for schools helping educators and students move from simply hearing about AI to understanding how to use it thoughtfully and responsibly.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At Lebanon AI Festival 2026, that message was brought to both the stage and the classroom: <\/span><b>AI education is not only about preparing future AI specialists.
