Who SEEDS is for
Built for leaders, teachers, and systems.
SEEDS is designed for forward-thinking schools and educational institutions that want a clear, credible AI strategy – not just another coding club.
School Leaders
Build a clear AI roadmap, stand out to parents, and align with national digital agendas and inspection frameworks.
Educators
Gain confidence with scaffolded AI training, lessons, and tools that make AI teachable in any classroom.
School Groups & Ministries
Deploy a consistent AI curriculum, teacher training pathway, and accreditation framework across many schools.
The gap today
SEEDS Hub
AI is already reshaping universities and workplaces, but many schools are still relying on scattered initiatives – coding clubs, robotics kits, or one-off workshops – with no structured path for students or teachers to understand and use AI responsibly.
- No age-appropriate AI curriculum from upper elementary through high school.
- Teachers feel underprepared to teach AI safely and confidently.
- Parents are asking, “What is our school doing about AI?”
- Regulators and accreditors are starting to expect evidence of AI readiness.
The SEEDS model
One program, four powerful layers.
SEEDS gives you an AI-first curriculum, teacher training, digital classroom platform, and school accreditation – all designed to work together.
Layer 1
AI curriculum for students (Grades 4–12)
Year-long, project-based AI curriculum that fits your timetable.
- Students learn data, ML, generative AI, and ethics through real projects.
- 30–35 sessions per grade per year, adaptable to your schedule.
- Works with existing curricula (national, British, IB, and more).
Layer 2
AI certification & training for educators
Practical training for any teacher to lead AI learning.
- Clear educator levels (e.g. AI Educator, SEEDS Instructor, Specialist).
- Step-by-step guidance with ready-made lesson resources.
- Ongoing community, refreshers, and implementation support.
Layer 3
SEEDS Hub – AI digital classroom platform
A guided, student-safe AI space for projects and lessons.
- Students create models, stories, visuals, music, websites, and more.
- Teachers access lesson plans, dashboards, and an educator resource center.
- Browser-based; works across devices and school infrastructure.
Layer 4
AI-Enabled School accreditation
Recognise AI leadership at the school level.
- Whole-school criteria across learning, teaching, and leadership.
- Branded “AI-Enabled School” certificate to display on campus and online.
- Complete AI framework tailor made for your school to stand out to parents and regulators.

Questions schools usually ask.
Which grades is SEEDS for?
SEEDS is designed for students from Grade 4 to Grade 12, with age-appropriate projects and learning outcomes for each stage.
Do our teachers need AI experience?
No. SEEDS educator training is built for non-technical teachers and gives them the confidence, resources, and support to lead AI lessons.
Does SEEDS replace our existing ICT / CS program?
SEEDS can run alongside or partially replace existing ICT, depending on your timetable and strategy. We’ll design a fit that works for you.
How long is the program each year?
Most schools run around 30–35 SEEDS sessions per grade per year, typically as a weekly lesson or integrated project blocks.
Can we pilot SEEDS first?
Yes. Many schools start with one or two grades or a single campus, then scale once they see the impact on students and teachers.
How do we get pricing?
Pricing depends on student numbers, scope, and whether you choose a pilot, in-curriculum, or AI-Enabled School model. Share your details above and we’ll send a tailored quote.
